Combining his passion for learning and gaming, Tom has recently taken a keen interest in gamificaton as a method for breaking down the barriers between both business and social contexts. He recently worked on a training project for Microsoft for which he designed and implemented gamified elements that augmented the learning experience.
Tom is a strong believer that story and narrative are crucial to creating experiences. He insists that at the heart of every great achievement there is an equally great story. It’s for this reason, finding a story worth telling, that Tom has taken to playing and reviewing games.
